This kit contains Glass jar, organic black tea, organic brown sugar, jar mouth cloth, rubber band, ph strips, 2 x 1ltr glass bottles for 2nd fermentation, and Active Kombucha SCOBY.

Kombucha is a fermented tea made with the SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). It's naturally fizzy and organically prepared.
